Planning the First Sprint
I've mentioned in previous lessons how different Agile processes can look, and that there are various frameworks like scrum and kanban that people use to implement an Agile process. In general, we are taking an approach that is, more or less, a light-weight version that incorporates elements of both of these.
Larger organisations will likely have a much more formal process, but for us the process of planning a sprint should be pretty simple:
